St. Valentine's Day it may have been, but this most certainly was not love's sweet embrace, there were no red roses here.
What was seen and heard on that day was the bare-knuckled sound of a nihilistic, angry and frustrated band. A band that had looked at the world and hadn't much liked what they had seen. All their lives they had been kept on the bottom rung of the ladder, told what they could and couldn't do, often even denied the chance to play -- classified under expendable. The audiences that had seen them knew different.
Armed with their songs of consequence and menace, The Passion Killers lit the fuse. The groundswell of support that had gathered, erupted like a fireball that evening at The Hop. Together - this was to be their night!
Long thought lost to history, these recently rediscovered recordings are now available to those who were lucky enough to be there, to those who were fortunate to catch the band live across the North, and to those who have since, only heard the stories about this power-house of a band. Now, experience the legend!
the hearing makes the waiting worthwhile . . . . . . . . .
. . . . . . . . . quite simply this is great music.

PLEASE NOTE: This recording was never originally meant for public release. It was recorded on a mono tape recorder by a fan at The Hop and has lain undiscovered until now. This is unique as it's believed to be the only recording of The Passion Killers now in existence. You can get it if you really want!
